Yes. We provide samples for export buyers and qualified regional distributors. Select 'Product Samples' in the enquiry type. Sample costs and courier charges vary by destination — we will confirm details in our reply.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs vary by product and market tier. Local buyers have flexible minimums. Regional and export buyers should expect pallet-level minimums for most dried products. Specific MOQs are listed on each product page, and we can discuss custom arrangements for first orders.
Do you supply documentation for import clearance?
Yes. We supply phytosanitary certificates, certificates of analysis, certificates of origin, and any buyer-specific compliance documentation as standard with every export shipment.
Can you do private-label packaging?
Yes, for qualified buyers. We offer private-label options for our tea and powder products. Minimum quantities apply. Mention this in your enquiry and we will include it in our quote.
