Chilli Unique
Kenya sits between 800 and 1,800 metres above sea level in the chilli-growing regions we source from. This altitude creates a natural stress on the plants — cool nights, warm days, strong UV — that drives exceptionally high capsaicin production. The result is chilli that consistently outperforms lower-altitude competitors on heat.
We aggregate from over 1,360 smallholder farmers who have grown chilli for generations. That network gives us supply depth and harvest continuity across Bird's Eye, Habanero, and Hybrid Teja varieties — something single-farm operations cannot offer.
Every batch is tested before dispatch — moisture, aflatoxin, ASTA colour, and pesticide residues. We supply documentation packages for EU, US FDA, and Asian import requirements as standard.

🌶️ Bird's Eye Chilli
The undisputed king of Kenyan chilli. Small, slender, and deceptively fierce — Bird's Eye chilli is grown at altitude across Kenya's eastern highlands where the combination of volcanic soil, warm days, and cool nights produces an exceptionally intense, clean heat.

Harvested before full ripening when the pod is firm, bright green, and pungent. The chlorophyll is intact, giving a grassy, vegetal top note over the heat.

Habanero brings something Bird's Eye cannot — an unmistakable fruity, floral aroma that precedes its fierce heat. 🌿 Hybrid Teja
Hybrid Teja is the workhorse of the commercial spice industry. Bred for high oleoresin content, consistent ASTA colour value, and uniform pod size, it is the preferred raw material for spice mills, oleoresin extractors, and paprika processors across Asia and Europe. Our Teja is grown in Kenya's semi-arid lowlands where the dry climate produces outstanding colour and minimal aflatoxin risk.
